Service Description. This Site describes Food Delivery Service, Medical Courier Service, Rush Delivery Service, Document Delivery, Courier Service provided by Winston Delivery. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://winstondelivery.com is the property of Winston Delivery or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Winston Delivery may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://winstondelivery.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Winston Delivery makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Winston Delivery's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Winston Delivery harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WI, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WI.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
